Campbell River: Rezoning application submitted for a  60 unit rental building in Willow Point.

Campbell River has received a rezoning application for a new five storey, 60 unit rental building in Willow Point. As proposed, the building would include 35 two bedrooms and 25 one bedroom units. 

Comox: New $1 million Marine Building Project will provide commercial and retail space at Comox Marina. 

Comox has received a $1 million grant for the construction of an indoor and outdoor commercial and retail space at the Comox Marina. The terms of the grant require the project to start by the end of 2021 and be completed by March 2023.

North Island:  Construction for new day lodge at Mount Cain expected to start at end of ski season. 

The Mount Cain ski hill has received $874,000 to construct a new day lodge to house services and support a move to summer operations. Construction is expected to start at the end of the ski season.
