Comox: 12 acre subdivision with single family, duplexes, and patio homes

Comox Council has granted first and second readings for a 12 acre subdivision including 41 single family homes, four duplexes, 22 patio homes and 13 additional bareland strata lots. 

Cumberland: Three-storey, 22 unit affordable housing project

A three-storey, 22 unit affordable housing project in Cumberland is moving forward. The building will be owned by Island Health and managed by local societies. A public hearing will be held in November. 

Ucluelet: 33 lot modular home affordable housing development

Ucluelet Council has issued a development permit for a 33 lot affordable housing development. The proposal includes small modular homes with the potential for a mix of rentals and for sale.
