Comox: Council approves four four-storey buildings with 208 units

Comox Council approved the development permit for 208 units in four, four-storey buildings with underground parking and a community garden. The building permit application has been submitted.

Union Bay: Development Permit application submitted for 114 lots in Union Bay

The Comox Valley Regional District has received a rezoning application for a 114 lot residential development in Union Bay. Upper Island Developments Ltd has submitted the application for a 55 hectare parcel in the Union Bay Settlement Node.

Port Alberni: Public hearing waived for proposed multi-family condos with 150 units

Port Alberni has waived a public hearing for rezoning two properties to allow for the development of four multi-family condominiums with a total of 150 units. The 5 storey buildings would have underground and surface parking.
