In this week’s issue of Building Links, Simba Investments proposes a 90 unit townhouse development in Courtenay, Campbell River is building the Robron Fieldhouse, and School District 71 releases a tender to replace Hornby Island School.

Courtenay: A new multi-residential development for 90 townhomes

A new multi-residential development on the west side of Courtenay is expected to include 90 townhomes. The project is in the design phase and the townhomes will be offered for sale. 

Campbell River: $1.8 million in funding is now in place for the construction of a Fieldhouse at Robron Park. 

The City of Campbell River and the Campbell River Youth Soccer Association are combining $1.8 million in funding to pay for the construction of a fieldhouse at Robron Park.

Hornby Island: The School District has issued a tender for the replacement of the Hornby Island School. 

School District 71 is looking for a qualified Construction Management firm for the replacement of the fire-damaged Hornby Island school. For more information, see this week’s Tenders.
