Powell River:  $16 million – 72 unit independent seniors housing

A new $16 million 72 unit independent seniors housing project in Powell River has received a building permit to proceed.

Port Hardy:  $11.5 million – 24 to 48 unit senior housing complex

The North Island Seniors Housing Foundation has received preliminary funding to move forward with a $11.5 million housing complex in Port Hardy.

Courtenay: Tender for Water and Sanitary Servicing
