This architectural drawing shows the design concept for the proposed new six storey building at the Riverside Senior’s Living development on Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay. As proposed the building will include five stories of residential units and one level of parking.

Courtenay: New six storey 50 unit senior’s housing proposed.

Courtenay has received a development permit application for a new six storey 50 unit senior’s housing beside the current Riverside Seniors Living Complex.

Comox: RFQ for Construction Manager for new Comox Marina building expected this week. 

A request for qoutation for a Construction Manager for the new Comox Marina building is expected to be issued later this week. As proposed, the building would provide 70sqm of indoor commercial space and potentially a roof top viewing platflorm.

Tofino: Development variance permit for 72+ unit affordable housing development approved. 

Tofino Council has approved a development variance permit for an affordable rental development with two 35 and 37 unit apartment buildings and three duplex buildings on separate lots. Construction of the first building is expected to begin this spring.
