The Onni Group hopes to build a new neighbourhood with 1200 residential properties on a 360-acre parcel of land that was once slated to become an 18-hole golf course and oceanfront resort.

Ucluelet:  Plans are underway to recommission site services for the Wyndansea Development. 

The owners of the Wyndansea Development in Ucluelet have requested to recommission the site services to proceed with selling the first phase of 29 lots this fall. In 2018, the company reintroduced plans for over 1200 units of single- family, multi-family, tourism and commercial accommodations.

Courtenay: Site work for the newest Crown Isle subdivision underway. 

Site work for Greystone Estates, the newest subdivision in the Crown Isle community, is now underway. Phase 1 will include 36 single-family lots. Phase 2 will include 18 single-family lots and two multi-family lots, suitable for patio homes, townhomes or condominiums.

Comox: Defence Construction Canada has awarded over $5 million for 3 projects.

Defence Construction Canada has awarded over $5 million for another three projects at 19 Wing Comox, including contaminated soil remediation, renovating two buildings and roof replacement on another building.
