Construction is starting on a new 12 acre development in Comox. Phase 1 includes 12 single-family lots and Phase 2 includes 72 units in a combination of single family lots, duplexes, townhomes and bare-land strata lots.
Powell River: New two building, 141 unit apartment project proceeding to council for consideration.
Powell River has received an zoning amendment application for a two building, 141 unit apartment project. The developer is proposing a combination of micro to two-bedroom units with 10 affordable housing units. Council is expected to consideration first reading on April 15.
Port Alberni: Phase 1 of Park Ridge project now under construction.
Port Alberni’s newest 52 unit fourplex and duplex development has received several building permits in the last few weeks. Twelve units in Phase 1 are under construction.
