In the Comox Valley, single family house sales in June were up 293% compared to May. Sales were up 56% this June compared to June 2019, with a 16% increase in the average price to $627,920 on 96 sales. In Campbell River, June sales were up 240% compared to May.

Sales were off 2% compared to June 2019. The average price was static at $499,030 on 50 sales.Within this changing market scenario and mixed market indicators, there has been strong competing interest on some properties.

  • Average Price: $495,216, up 6% based on 395 sales
