This week in Around Town we are highlighting some of the Rotary Fundraisers happening in the Comox Valley, Campbell River and Powell River. Consider enjoying these exciting events, auctions and raffles while contributing to causes that support our communities.

The Courtenay Rotary is hosting a themed “Everyone Eats” dinner series this Fall to raise funds for communities projects and causes. Come out and enjoy great food while contributing to your community.

Dinner Series & Raffle: In support of the CV Food Bank, Lush Valley, and local restaurants, Courtenay Rotary is hosting 4 evenings outs at 40 Knots Winery on ‘Wine Wednesdays’ 5 pm to 8 pm. Themes include – Oct 20 Italian, Nov 3 Japanese, Nov 17 Greek, and Dec 8 French + Grand Prize Raffle Draw.

Each dinner is themed with live background music and celebrity chefs.  $100 per plate for 4 courses and wine pairings + each dinner seat includes a raffle ticket for $1000 worth of gift cards to local restaurants. 46th Annual Auction: Campbell River Rotary Auction starts online Nov 9, live auction Nov 19 – 20. All funds raised at the 46th Annual Auction will be reinvested in local community projects.
