3L Developments Inc. files lawsuit against Comox Valley Regional District

3L Developments Inc. submitted a petition to the Supreme Court last week against the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD)stating that their application is being brought pursuant to the Judicial Review Procedure Act. The CVRD has 21 days to respond.

Veryon Properties proposes 51-unit apartment building in Campbell River

Veyron Properties Groups is proposing to build a 51-unit apartment building located at 302 Birch Street in Campbell River, one block away from the Campbell River hospital. This four-storey building, as designed will include a mix of units including micro (under 312 sq. ft.), studio, one and two-storey apartments.

Lots on Anderson Hill in Port Alberni expected for sale by end of 2018

Phase 1, which include 15 residential lots at the new Anderson Hill planned community in Port Alberni.are expected to be selling by the end of 2018. When completed in 5-7 years, this community will include 220 – 280 new homes.
