We have three new tenders from the City of Campbell River this week. They are seeking:
1. Proposals from qualified firms to complete Landscaping and to expand the irrigation system at Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex;
2. Proposals from qualified firms to perform a Facility Needs Assessment for the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex;
3. Bids for the 14th & Petersen Intersection Upgrades.

A new store is being planned to house the Healthyway Natural Foods Market in Campbell River. The preliminary design is underway and includes a building with 5,500 sq. ft. on the main floor, plus a mezzanine. A development permit application is expected to be submitted within the next week or two.
