The City of Campbell River is looking for a qualified engineering firm to complete the detailed design and provide contract administration for upgrading the control panels at Lift Station #11. The tender closes on January 16, 2014.

Berwick Retirement Campbell River Ltd. is seeking quotes for the supply and installation of all suite cabinets (including countertops in suite bathrooms) and selected common-area cabinets for the proposed 133-unit retirement housing community located in Campbell River. This tender closes on January 23, 2014.

A building permit has been issued in the amount of $2,262,125 for Phase III of The Ridge townhouse project in Courtenay, which will include 19 new units. The builder for this project is Avril Homes.
