CVRD issues tender for expanded biosolids compost facility

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for engineering and design services for the expansion of the biosolids compost facility. This tender closes May 15th; see our tender section for more information.

CVRD approves June 18th referendum for South Sewer Project

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) has approved a June 18th referendum to seek approval for the Area A south sewer project, which aims to address the impact of failing septic systems. Grant funding is expected to contribute more than $28 million, which leaves residents responsible for about $19.3 million.

Comox holding open house about upcoming projects

Town of Comox will be holding an Open House on Tuesday, May 10 from 3 to 7pm at D’Esterre House in Comox to inform the public about upcoming exciting projects they are proposing to accomplish over the next two years. You can find out more on the Town of Comox website.
