The City of Campbell River received development permit application for 6-storey residential building

The City has received a development permit application to redevelopment a single-family home site into 50 residential strata market units within a 6-storey building. The ground floor includes 75 car parking spaces, secured and public bike parking, and service rooms.

Contract to build new Salmon Point Pub and Restaurant awarded

The contract to build the new Salmon Point Pub and Restaurant has been awarded to AFC Construction. A new 4,500 sq.ft. building will replace the original Salmon Point Pub and Restaurant which was destroyed by fire in 2019. 

Tenders amounting to over $60 million
