Nelson Roofing is proposing to subdivide its property into three lots for a new three storey workshop and industrial building with up to 11 individual units. This architectural drawing shows the proposed three storey workshop.

Comox: Lots expected soon for a mixed residential phased development. 

Comox is reviewing an application for Phase 1 of a new subdivision. When complete, the project is proposed to include approximately 77 new units consisting of single family, duplexes, patio homes, townhouses. The applicant is accepting inquires from interested builders. 

Cumberland:  Three lot subdivision proposed for Nelson Roofing, Edgett Excavating and industrial building for 11 businesses. 

Cumberland has received an application for three development permits for industrial offices and workshops on Grant Road. If approved, the project would include lots for Nelson Roofing, Edgett Excavating and an industrial building for 11 businesses. 

Powell River:  Applications submitted for a co-housing residential development with 36 units. 

Blueberry Commons Farm Cooperative in Powell River has submitted applications for a new co-housing residential development. The project consists of 36 dwelling units, a common amenity building, and other accessory buildings.
