Courtenay:  Proposed 48 unit multi residential development on Crown Isle Drive. 

The City of Courtenay has received an application for a 48 unit multi residential development on Crown Isle Drive. The project includes two single units, ten duplexes, six triplexes and two fourplexes.

Campbell River: Proposed four storey, 49 unit apartment building on Peterson Road. 

The City of Campbell River has received an application for a four storey, 49 unit multi-family apartment building on Peterson Road. The project is proposed as Phase 1 of a multiphase development.

Port Alberni: RFP released for LED lighting upgrades at the Multiplex.

The City of Port Alberni is inviting tenders from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of LED lighting at the Alberni Valley Multiplex facility. A mandatory site visit will be held on December 10.
