Comox:  Valley Self Storage expanding.

Valley Self Storage in Comox is adding approximately 21,000 sq.ft. of new mini storage space in three additional buildings. Construction is expected to be underway in January.

Campbell River: Approvals proceeding for 50 Unit Condo building.

Campbell River has approved a Major Development Permit for a 50 unit condo building on the Island Highway South.

Powell River: BC Energy Step Code requirements expected by January.

Powell River City council is proceeding with a bylaw amendment to require lower BC Energy Step Codes in Part 9 and Part 3 buildings.
