The Town of Comox has issued $26.5 million in building permits for Highstreet Ventures Inc. four-building mixed residential commercial project with 208 units. The project is located at 695 Aspen Drive next to the Quality Foods in Comox.

Comox: $26.5 million in building permits for 208 apartment and condominium units

The Town of Comox has issued $26.5 million in building permits for 208 apartment and condominium units in four, four-storey buildings, with underground parking, a community garden, and a fenced dog run.  

Union Bay:  Conversion of the UBID water supply/infrastructure to CVRD could occur in 2021. 

A draft report for converting the Union Bay Improvement District water supply/infrastructure to the Comox Valley Regional District services is now available on the CVRD website. If the conversion proceeds, it would be scheduled for 2021. 

Powell River: Construction is starting for 20 new townhome and apartment style units. 

Powell River will soon have 20 new townhome and apartment style units within walking distance of the harbour. Site excavation is underway and a building permit application is under review.
