Comox: Valley Self Storage expanding with two more buildings. 

Valley Self Storage in Comox is expanding with two more buildings. A building permit application is expected to be submitted within the next few months.

Courtenay: Tenders for the 5th Street Bridge Rehabilitation project expected in October. 

The 5th Street Bridge Rehabilitation project in Courtenay remains on schedule with tenders expected in October. The project is estimated at $6.3 million.

Ucluelet:  New development proposes up to 90 new RV and camping sites.  

Ucluelet Council voted to support a new development with 10 long-term seasonal RV sites.  Phases 2 and 3 for the 13 acre site include an 80-site capacity campground.
