Courtenay: Rezoning application for 251 rental units submitted

Courtenay has received a rezoning application to facilitate the construction of 251 rental units in three buildings. As proposed, the buildings would be five stories each with one, two and three bedroom units.

Powell River: City pre-qualifying general contractors for wastewater treatment plant

Powell River is pre-qualifying General Contractors to provide construction services for a Consolidated Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Powell River intends to prequalify three General Contractors as part of the City’s project to decommission the three existing wastewater treatment plants.
