Port Alberni: The Canadian Mental Health Association is proposing a mixed use development.

New Commons Development have partnered with Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to propose a mixed use development on a city-owned site in Port Alberni. The development will feature commercial and office space, as well as mixed-market residential rentals and some affordable housing.

Comox Valley: 3L Developments has submitted a new application for a 780 unit community near the Puntledge River.

The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) has received an Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Bylaw amendment application from 3L Developments to proceed with a residential development for a 500 acre master planned community along lands on the Puntledge River.

Campbell River: The City has released a tender for a conditions assessment and alternate uses for the cruise ship terminal.

The City of Campbell River and the Wei Wai Kum First Nation are seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a condition assessment of the Campbell River Cruise Ship Terminal, as well as any recommendations for repairs, in order to bring the facility into compliance with current standards.
