Port Hardy: The public hearing for a 50-unit independent living seniors home will be held online

The North Island Seniors Housing Foundation in Port Hardy has applied for development permits and rezoning for a 50-unit independent living seniors home. A public hearing will be held via ZOOM on June 22.

Campbell River: Construction on a new 28 unit executive patio home community will start soon

Construction on homes in Campbell River’s newest 28 unit executive patio home community, Eagle Ridge, will start soon. The new development will include duplexes, ranchers, and main level entry homes with walk out basement suites.
