Campbell River: Discovery Park has applied to expand the industrial landfill for the disposal of contaminated soils. 

Discovery Park, north of Campbell River, has applied to expand their existing industrial landfill to enable the commercial collection and disposal of contaminated soils. 

Courtenay: A development permit application has been submitted for 38 units in a combination of duplex and triplex buildings. 

A development permit application has been submitted for Phase 5 of The Streams in Courtenay. This phase of the project includes 38 units in a combination of duplex and triplex buildings. 

Comox: Providence Living is hoping to start construction of a 156-bed dementia village in 2021. 

The Vancouver Island Health Authority has signed a project development agreement with Providence Living to build and operate a 156-bed dementia village in Comox. Construction could start in 2021.
