Campbell River: 85 acre master planned oceanfront community proposed for north of the City.

A new 85 acre oceanfront community has been proposed for 11 km north of Campbell River. The project includes 193 1/4 acre R-1 zoned lots and a 5 acre ocean front resort. 

Courtenay: The Soccer Club proposing to build Field House near Sports Centre.

The Comox Valley United Soccer Club is proposing to build a Field House near the Sports Centre in Courtenay. 

Powell River: Tenders issued for Lighting Retrofit at Recreation Complex. 

Two tenders have been issued for a Lighting Retrofit at the Powell River Recreation Complex. Information in the Tender Section of this week’s full issue.
