First building permits issued for 96 unit multi-family residential development

Courtenay has issued the first building permits in WestUrban’s new townhome and apartment residential development beside Costco. 

New ferry berth proposed for Quadra Island

Strathcona Regional District has given first and second reading on a rezoning application for a new ferry berth on Quadra Island.

Quarterly Building Permit Statistics
