Courtenay: Development permit WestUrban’s 94 unit, 2 building rental project approved

The City of Courtenay has approved a development permit for a 94 unit, 2 building rental project on Cliffe Avenue. Interested trades can contact WestUrban. 

Saratoga Beach: Development permit for 29 unit oceanview commercial tourist development under review.

A development permit application has been submitted for a 29 unit oceanfront commercial tourist project in the Saratoga Beach area, between Courtenay and Campbell River. The applicant intends to apply for a rezoning application to increase density to 36 units at a later date. 

Hornby Island: Application submitted for a new oceanview restaurant and 15 multi-residential units.

Hornby Island may soon have a new restaurant and 15 new multi family residential units. An application is expected to be considered by the Islands Trusts Council in May.
