Courtenay: A four-storey 32 bachelor unit apartment has been proposed for downtown.

A four-storey rental apartment building with 32 bachelor sized units has been proposed to replace a parking lot near downtown Courtenay.  

Port Alberni: A development variance permit has been approved for a five-storey apartment building with 39 units of senior housing. 

Port Alberni has issued a development variance permit to the Westcoast Native Health Care Society for a five-storey apartment building with 39 units of senior housing. 

Campbell River: The City has released a tender for Hwy 19A Phase 3 – Civil Works. 

The City of Campbell River has released a tender for Hwy 19A Phase 3 – Civil Works from Rockland Road northward to the southern limit of the Big Rock Boat Ramp site.
