Comox is proceeding with a public hearing for a 208 unit rental and condo project.  The project includes four, four-storey buildings with underground parking, a community garden, a fenced dog run, commercial space and potentially a daycare.

Courtenay: WestUrban Developments is moving forward with building permit applications for 40 townhomes and 140 rental units.

The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District is seeking funding for extending 1.2 km of Ucluelet’s Multi Use Path through to Tofino’s Multi Use Path.
