In this week’s Building Links Port Hardy is planning $2 million in upgrades to the local arena, Campbell River has received 35 lot rural subdivision application, and we have 17 new tenders.

Port Hardy: Plans are proceeding for estimated $2 million in upgrades to the local arena.  

The District of Port Hardy is preparing for an estimated $2 million in upgrades to the local arena.  Plans include a new roof, refrigeration condenser, heat exchange system, digital marque system and more. 

Campbell River: The city has received a rezoning application for new 35 lot 5 acre rural lot subdivision.

The City of Campbell River has received an application to rezone a 85.3 hectare water front parcel, north of the city, to permit a subdivision with approximately 35 large rural lots. 

Tenders: This weeks issue includes 17 new tenders.
