Cumberland approves development permit for two new commercial buildings. 

Cumberland Council has approved a development permit for Phase 1 of a new commercial project. As proposed, the project includes two single-storey retail-office buildings in Phase 1 and a two-storey commercial-residential building in Phase 2. 

Renovations for Administrative & Counselling Offices at North Island College – Campbell River Campus proceeding.

Renovations for the Administrative & Counselling Offices at the North Island College – Campbell River Campus are proceeding and a tender has been issued.  The work includes framing, flooring, windows, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and finishing details.  

Vancouver Island Regional Library confirms new Library for Sayward.

Vancouver Island Regional Library has confirmed a new Library for Sayward.  A tender for the complete construction of the 2000 square foot building closes on April 1.
