In this week’s issue of Building Links: The Town of Comox will be hosting a Energy Step Code information session November 28, new owners are proposing a 4-storey mixed residential-commercial building on 5th Street in Courtenay, and we have 15 tenders.

The Town of Comox is holding a BC Energy Code Step information meeting for developers, contractors and design professionals on November 28 from 2 to 4 pm at the Comox Community Centre. 

Courtenay: An four-storey mixed-use building is being proposed for downtown Courtenay. 

A four-storey mixed-use building with commercial and 42 residential units has been proposed for a vacant lot in downtown Courtenay.  A development permit application is expected to be submitted to the city in February 2020.
