Comox Valley Regional District: Construction on $126 million Water Treatment Plant to begin soon.

Construction on the $126 million Comox Valley Water Treatment Plant will begin in October.  AECON Water Infrastructure Inc. is expected to release sub-contracting opportunities soon. 

Courtenay: A development permit for a $55 million senior’s housing approved.

A development permit for Golden Life’s $55 million, 209 unit senior’s housing and care complex in Courtenay has been approved. 

Campbell River: Registration for 30 unit patio and single family development expected soon. 

A 30 unit patio and single family development in Campbell River is expecting registration in a few months. The number of units built in Phase One will depend on the developer’s assessment of the market.
