Port Alberni: Council continues to support 150 units in four new five-storey buildings.

Port Alberni City Council has approved third reading for rezoning of two properties to make way for 150 units in four new five-storey buildings. 

Campbell River: Proposed new 21 unit, six-storey luxury condominium building.

Campbell River has received a development permit application for a 21 unit, six-storey luxury condominium building on the South Island Highway. 

Powell River: BC Housing four-storey, 42-unit affordable housing development moving forward. 

Powell River City Council has given third and final reading to a zoning bylaw amendment to facilitate the development of a BC Housing four-storey, 42-unit affordable housing development.
