The District of Tofino is seeking a qualified contractor for storm drainage infrastructure. This tender is one of four new tenders reported in this week’s Building Links.

Tofino: Request for storm drainage replacement on Olsen Road. 

The District of Tofino is seeking a qualified contractor for storm drainage infrastructure from the Pacific Rim Highway to the shoreline on Olsen Road. The infrastructure will replace parts of an older drainage system and add new sections and a formalized storm outfall. The system will also take into consideration future developments in the area. This tender closes February 27.

Campbell River: Request for HVAC services for city facilities. 

The City of Campbell River is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced HVAC services contractors to provide repairs, upgrades, installations and replacements of HVAC components and systems for City facilities. All work is to be on an “as needed, when needed” basis. It is the City’s intention to award this RFQ to one Primary Contractor. In addition, two or more additional contractors may be awarded as Secondary Contractors who may be utilized by the City when needed or if the Primary Contractor is unavailable. The request closes February 28.

North Island College: Request for roofing contractors for the Campbell River Campus. 

North Island College is requesting bids for various roof section replacement work at the Campbell River Campus located at 1685 S Dogwood Street. The mandatory site visit is Thursday February 20 at 11:00 am Meeting at the front entrance of the Campbell River Campus. The contract will be awarded by March 19, with completion by August 29. The request closes March 13.
