Development permit approved for Kensington Union Bay’s Discovery Centre.

A development permit for the new Discovery Centre in Union Bay has been approved. The centre is the first of two buildings for the Kensington Union Bay project. 

Two new mixed-use buildings Courtenay under construction near the hospital.

Two new mixed-use commercial-residential buildings with a total of 60 residential units and 12,800 sq.ft. of ground-floor commercial space are now under construction in Courtenay. 

North Island College Comox Valley proceeding with $28 million student housing project.

The North Island College Comox Valley campus has chosen a Vancouver Architectural company for the indicative design of it’s new $28 million student housing project.
