Comox:  28 new residential lots for K’omoks First Nation

K’omoks First Nation is expanding with 28 new residential lots on approximately 17 acres in Comox.  A tender has been released for the construction of the first 15 lots.  

Powell River: BC Housings proceeds with a 42-unit development

BC Housing intends to build a four-storey, 42-unit development in Powell River.  Staff are recommending new road construction to connect Ontario Avenue to the existing road network.

Comox Valley: Construction of $126 million water treatment system begins this fall

The Comox Valley Regional District has awarded the design-build contract for the new $126 million water treatment system. Construction will begin on schedule this fall.
