Port Alberni: 150 units in four new five-storey buildings

A developer in Port Alberni is proposing a new 150 unit project with four 5-storey buildings.  An application for rezoning has been submitted with a public hearing scheduled in August. 

Powell River:  225 mixed residential units on 38 acres

Powell River city engineers are coordinating with Grasshopper developments for a proposed annexation of 38 acres on Nootka Street. If approved, the project will include the construction of 225 mixed residential units.

Campbell River:  51 unit four-storey building approved

A new 51 unit four-storey residential building has been approved for Campbell River.  The building will include a mix of micro and studio apartments and one-bedroom suites. The developer is accepting expressed interest for sub-trades. For more information, see the tenders section.
