Port Alberni: $100 million 40-acre cannapark 

Wild Coast Canna is proposing a $100 million 40-acre cannapark on an industrial site in the Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District. The project would include up to 34 independent cannabis partners and be built in three phases over three years.

Powell River: BC Housing 42-unit housing complex

BC Housing intends to build a four-storey, 42-unit affordable housing complex in Powell River.  The development includes a range of one to three-bedroom units for families, seniors and people with disabilities. 

Tofino: 55 affordable housing units and a community centre

The Tofino Housing Corporation is working on plans for 55 affordable housing units including 2 townhouses, 3 buildings each with 4 units, a 21 unit and a 20 unit apartment building and a community centre.
