Defence Construction Canada considering four new 12-unit apartment buildings for 19 Wing Comox 

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) has released a tender for a Design-Build Low-Rise 12 unit apartment building for 19 Wing, Comox. The construction cost for the building is estimated at $3.6 million and DCC is contemplating the construction of up to three additional 12 unit apartment unit apartment buildings. 

City of Port Alberni approved 141-unit rental development project

The City of Port Alberni has approved a new rental development for two, four-storey multi-family buildings. The first apartment will contain 71 units, while the second will contain 70 units and one rental office.  Construction is expected to begin early next year with completion around October.
