Base Mini Storage in Comox expanding 

The Base Mini Storage in Comox is expanding. Two building permits with a total value of $1.25 million have been approved for additional storage buildings and site preparation is underway.

Campbell River Transition Society proposing four-storey residential building

The Campbell River Transition Society has proposed to build a four-storey social housing project with at least 40 units.  Funding has been approved for the estimated $4.7 million project. Planning is underway with construction expected to begin next year.  

School District 70 Alberni issues tender for Air Handling Units Replacements for four schools

School District 70 Alberni has issued a tender for Air Handling Units Replacements for four schools including: Alberni Elementary, A.W. Neill Elementary, E.J. Dunn Elementary and Eighth Avenue Learning Centre. This tender closes May 15; see the tender section for more information.
