Coal Valley Estates in Cumberland moving ahead with 60 lots in Phases 8 and 9

Coal Valley Estates in Cumberland is moving ahead with 60 new lots in Phases 8 and 9. Approximately 45 lots have already been spoken for.  In addition, design concepts and planning are underway for a 27-acre multi-residential property that has been zoned to accommodate up to 650 units.

Development permit for Campbell River’s newest 70-unit rental apartment approved.

Campbell River city council has approved a development permit application for a five-storey, 70-unit rental apartment project. A building permit application is expected to be submitted soon with construction to begin late-summer.

Construction underway for new sawmill in Port Alberni

The new Port Alberni San Group sawmill is now being built at the Coulson Mill site with the remanufacturing plant expected to be built near Catalyst Paper. The new sawmill is under construction and plans for the 100,000 sq.ft. remanufacturing plant site will be submitted to the city shortly.
