Comox: A tender has been released for multiple Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations at CFB Comox.

Defence Construction Canada has issued a tender for several kitchen and bathroom renovations with an overall project budget of $1 million. See this week’s tenders for more information.

Courtenay: A DP has been submitted for the first building in a 104 unit multi-residential development.

The City of Courtenay is reviewing a development permit application for the first building in a 104 unit multi-residential development. The building is proposed as a 40 unit, three storey rental building with a combination of studio to four bedroom units.

Port Alberni: Approvals are proceeding for a 5-storey, 102 unit seniors home. 

Port Alberni has approved a development permit for a 102 unit, five-storey seniors housing building with a clubhouse. Vancouver Resource Society will build the wood frame building on a 2.5 acre lot in the Anderson Hill area.
