A five acre lot development near Race Point Road in Campbell River has received third reading. If the rezoning application is approved, the 85 hectare lot will be subdivided into 30 or 40 lots.

Campbell River:  A  large lot subdivision of 30 to 40 – 5 acre lots is nearing rezoning approval.

Campbell River Council has given third reading for a zoning amendment bylaw application for a large lot subdivision of 30 to 40 – five acre lots. Once the rezoning is approved, the applicant will proceed with detailed soil assessments for septic and well locations to determine the final number of lots.

Comox Valley Regional District: A watermain connection project in Black Creek is expected to proceed this summer.

A watermain connection project in Black Creek is expected to proceed this summer to help facilitate the development of a six lot one+ acre subdivision. The project will be funded by district capital works reserves and the subdivision developer.

Tofino-Uclulet – Hwy 4: A tender for Asphalt Road Resurfacing has been released.

A tender for Asphalt Road Resurfacing – Hwy 4, Kennedy Lake area has been released. Every Wednesday for the next month, both lanes of the highway to Tofino-Ucluelet will be closed for 10 hours for ongoing blasting to widen the road in the area.
