Ucluelet: A 12 acre, 112 unit multi residential development proposed for Marine Drive.

A 12 acre multi residential development in Ucluelet has Council’s initial approval and is proceeding to a public hearing. The proposal includes a 48-unit rental apartment building, 36 Single Family lots and 28 townhouses. 

Campbell River: A Development Permit application has been approved for two 6-storey apartment buildings

Campbell River Council has approved a development permit for two, 6-storey apartment buildings with 106 rental units. This is the final phase of Seymour Pacifics multi-family development on Dogwood Street. 

Tofino: The Airport is moving forward with replacing a $750,000 water main. 

The Tofino-Long Beach Airport is replacing a $750,000 water main. A tender is expected to be released shortly. After the project is complete, the cleared land is expected to be available for future leases.
