In this week’s issue of Building Links, WestUrban Developments has received a Development Permit application for a 70-Unit apartment building.

New 70-unit rental apartment building in Campbell River

Campbell River has received a development permit application for a five-storey, 70-unit apartment building. The units are expected to be rented and include a variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom suites. Most units will feature ocean views and parking is expected to include underground spaces

New 50 lot subdivision in Courtenay

A new subdivision in Courtenay is in the design stage. The development is expected to consist of approximately 50 new lots for single-family homes. Some of the lots will be zoned R-1 and some will be part of a bare land strata.
