According to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s (VIREB) September statistics, a total of 643 single-family detached properties (excluding acreage and waterfront) sold in September, compared to 324 the previous year. 

The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board has released its monthly sales statistics for September 2020, and the real estate market is extremely healthy!

Sales of condo apartments rose by 46 per cent year over year while row/townhouse sales increased by 28 per cent.

For all categories, 1,287 units sold last month compared to 692 in September 2019.
