Vancouver Island Construction Association Hosts Meeting in Courtenay: Making Mega Projects Work for You

Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA) is hosting a meeting for members and non-members on “Making Mega Projects Work for You.” A panel of speakers will discuss the various issues and opportunities related to mega projects on Vancouver Island. How can local businesses own the opportunity? Learning how to adapt will define success for the local construction industry. Stephen Andrew will host a talk-show-format panel of guests who represent larger projects.

Guest speakers include:

  • Tom Sparrow, Chief Project Officer, Island Health
  • Steven Watson, BC Hydro and the John Hart Dam
  • Ross McLean, Chair of the BCCA and Houle Electric
