New Home Registry Report In Around Town

According to the BC Housing New Home Registry statistics, the number of newly registered homes and multi-units from January to October 2018 vs 2019 has increased by 30% (983 vs 1278 units). Overall, a 59 unit decrease in single-family homes (sf) has been offset by 354 new multi-family units (Port Alberni, Tofino, Powell River and Campbell River).

BC Housing is reporting the number of newly registered homes and multi-family units has has increased year-over-year by by 30%.

Multi-family (mu) is described as any attached units, including Duplexes to Condominiums.
