Vancouver Island Construction Association is putting on a free session to learn about their innovative course series Managing Construction.
The goal of this course series is to help you and your team ‘think differently’ about how to manage projects and raise the bar in construction for everyone. Multi-disciplinary industry experts bring a wide range of perspectives and experience to the courses.
Designed to empower participants to manage and mitigate project risks, this course series focuses on the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the CCDC contract clauses. Project delivery methods and strategies for successful proposals are also covered.
Ideal for trade and general contractors, owners, consultants, manufacturers, and suppliers. This webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform. Access information and any course materials will be provided to you via email in advance of the training. Come ready to engage!
